Front Desk Coordinator (Full-Time) Fox & Belle Salon | Berkeley, CA $20-$25/hour + Benefits + Growth Opportunities Be the Heart of the Guest Experience At Fox and Belle Salon, we believe that exceptional hospitality begins the moment a guest walks through our doors. This isn't simply a receptionist position. You are the conductor behind the scenes, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, every hair artist feels supported, and every day runs smoothly. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism Manage salon check-in and check-out processes Answer phones, emails, and text messages promptly and professionally Schedule appointments for each hair artist based on their specialty Educate guests on salon services, pricing, maintenance, and products Handle payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer Keep the front desk and salon beautifully organized and clean Assist with inventory, organizing retail, and upkeep salon presentation Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling when needed Support our team with administrative tasks and daily operations Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism Help create a luxury experience that guests remember Who You Are We are looking for someone who: Loves connecting with people and providing outstanding customer service Is naturally organized and detail-oriented Can multitask while remaining calm under pressure Get things done Communicates exceptionally well, both verbally and in writing Is dependable, punctual, and takes ownership of responsibilities Enjoys following systems and processes consistently Takes initiative instead of waiting to be asked Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team Loves to help others Is comfortable using computers, scheduling software, email, and technology Takes pride in creating a welcoming and beautiful environment Can fold at least four loads of laundry a day Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of customer service or front desk experience Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, spa, or salon environments is a plus Experience with salon software is a bonus Weekend availability required, our salon is closed Monday and Tuesdays Compensation & Benefits Full-time position (approximately 35-40 hours/week) Hourly pay: $20-$25/hour , depending on experience Paid Sick Leave Paid Vacation Healthcare contribution Retirement Plan (SIMPLE IRA) Professional development opportunities Employee discounts on salon services and products Positive, supportive, and drama-free work culture Why Fox and Belle?
