Urgently Hiring About the Opportunity Soho Law Firm is actively seeking a highly professional, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our Beverly Hills office immediately. This is a critical support role within the firm and an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and understands the importance of professionalism, urgency, confidentiality, and strong communication. We are looking for someone mature, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing high-level administrative responsibilities with polished front office support. The ideal candidate is someone who remains calm under pressure, prioritizes effectively, communicates professionally, and understands the importance of handling sensitive client and legal matters with discretion and care. This is an urgently hiring position, and the team is looking to move quickly for the right fit. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Support Manage attorney calendars, appointments, scheduling, and meeting coordination Assist with office operations and daily workflow management Prepare, organize, scan, file, and maintain legal and administrative documents Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized internal records and spreadsheets Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and general administrative support Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel regularly for tracking, reporting, and organizational tasks Prioritize urgent matters appropriately and maintain strong follow-through on assignments Support attorneys and staff in a fast-moving legal environment Assist with organization of case files, intake information, and legal documentation Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure tasks and deadlines are handled efficiently Maintain professionalism and responsiveness while managing multiple priorities simultaneously Reception & Client Communication Greet clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and confidence Answer and manage incoming calls in a polished and professional manner Communicate with clients, attorneys, and staff via phone, email, and in person Serve as one of the first points of contact for the firm and help create a welcoming, organized client experience Handle sensitive client information and communications with confidentiality and discretion What We're Looking For Prior administrative, receptionist, office support, or legal assistant experience required Prior law firm or legal office experience strongly preferred Mature, professional, and dependable demeanor Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through Ability to handle confidential and sensitive client matters appropriately Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy office environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel required Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working fully in-office Monday-Friday Must reside within a commutable distance to Beverly Hills Why Join Soho Law Firm?
