This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Our practice is a high-volume PPO and cash-based concierge spine surgery office, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing a high volume of phone calls, and coordinating daily clinic flow. Duties include answering phones and scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, entering and updating patient information in the EMR system, obtaining and uploading radiology images, completing scheduling tasks and communicating clearly with both patients and clinical staff. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Candidates must have prior experience working at the front desk in a medical office, with a strong understanding of insurance verification and scheduling processes. Experience with EMR systems is required. The ideal candidate is well-spoken, professional in appearance, and has excellent customer service and communication skills. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are essential. This is a part-time position with competitive hourly compensation based on experience.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
