Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform various administrative duties such as filing, copying, and printing as may be required. Maintain filing and storage systems in the office.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, greet customers and guests in a professional and sincere manner, and forward calls to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain office phone lists.
  • Monitor seeley@seeleybros.com and forward information to the appropriate team member.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages daily.
  • Inventory office and break room supplies on a weekly basis and order items as necessary.
  • Assist management with organizing and ordering food and/or refreshments for company events and meetings.
  • Maintain work area in a clean and neat manner including back "hallway" where sample library is and plotter room.
  • Ensure copiers are in working order, paper and ink/toner is stocked and available, and arrange for service and repairs.

  • Print and log all incoming invoices on internal tracking spreadsheet and distribute to purchasing and accounting teams.
  • Assist Accounts Payable with entering invoices for projects and expenses.
  • All other duties as assigned. Skills, Competencies, Experience and Qualifications
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Experience with MS Office and Excel
  • Experience with FedEx and Colt Messenger services preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
