This role is essential in providing exceptional front desk support and ensuring smooth operations in our hair salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor at the front desk. In charge of scheduling appointments. Manage incoming calls, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support. In charge of maintaining a clean workplace, duties include but not limited to: laundry, cleaning/maintaining the reception area, floors, and bathroom. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities. Strong attention to detail.
