We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Specialist to support our daily office operations and contribute to our continued growth. Work Environment

  • Opportunity for professional growth Position Summary The Receptionist / Administrative Specialist serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors while providing essential administrative support across the organization.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage and respond to company email correspondence
  • Maintain and update the company's Shopify store, including product listings, order tracking, and inventory updates
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
  • Prepare, file, scan, and photocopy documents
  • Organize and maintain electronic customer and company files
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and event planning
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain an organized office and showroom environment
  • Perform additional administrative duties based on business needs Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role required
  • Experience in a construction or home improvement office environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with office phone systems and standard administrative procedures Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Armenian or English/Spanish) is a plus
