This role is vital as it serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and efficient experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and professionalism. Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with a positive attitude. Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Maintain the reception area and ensure common spaces are organized. Handle mail, deliveries, and legal document processing with confidentiality. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and assisting with document preparation. Work closely with internal teams to support smooth office operations.
Salary:
$20 - $25 per hour Requirements Prior experience in a front desk or administrative position, preferably within a law firm or similar professional environment. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required. Strong interpersonal and client service skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Competent in Microsoft Office and familiar with office management software. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
