Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

Greet and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from their first contact.

Appointment Scheduling:

Manage and organize appointments efficiently, coordinating with veterinary staff to optimize scheduling.

Phone and Email Communication:

Handle incoming calls and emails, providing clear and accurate information to clients and directing inquiries appropriately.

Client Education:

Offer information on basic animal care, preventive measures, and clinic services to clients.

Administrative Support:

Assist with general administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with veterinary professionals and support staff to ensure seamless client service.
