COPY LINK link Adecco is seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so strongmunication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. The ideal candidate isanized, detail-oriented, andfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct iing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy Maintainanized records and files Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills Basicputer skills, including data entry and familiarity with office software Ability to multitask and stayanized Professional demeanor and positive attitude Why Join Us? Pay Details:
