Job Description

We are looking for an entry level full time Administrative Assistant for a small subcontractor in the City of Industry (La Puente) in zip code 91746 from 8 am
  • 4:30 pm Monday-Friday with one hour lunch break.
Can start as soon as possible, we are flexible. As an Office Administrative Assistant, your main responsibility will be to assist with office tasks such as directing calls, contacting customers and assisting with office tasks. This is not a remote job. We are looking for a professional, diligent and trustworthy staff member with the ability to manage to work independently. College students or grads are also welcome to apply as well. Some specifics we are looking for are as follows:
  • 60 WPM or higher typing speed
  • Good Computer Skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office such as Outlook, Word and etc. is a plus
  • Good organization skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills-must be able to communicate in English proficiently
  • Positive attitude to learn and be aggressive and diligent on given tasks taking good notes to meet deadline
  • High school diploma required. Associate's/Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Being able to communicate in Spanish is a plus
  • Must be able to work legally in U.

  • Stock office supplies
  • Help or direct with phone calls, emails and fax
  • Assist in various department tasks
  • Other office duties Pay rate: $20/hour.
30-40 hours a week depending on your availability (part time or full time). We are looking for someone who is reliable on being at work everyday on time to work with for long term for years to come.
