Veterinary Receptionist (Full-Time)
Location:
Cupertino Animal Hospital (10026 Peninsula Ave, Cupertino, CA, 95051)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Are you a people person who loves animals and enjoys creating positive experiences for clients? We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing animal clinic team. Our front desk team is often the first and last impression our clients have of the clinic, so we're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating with compassion, and working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments Check patients in and out Process payments and maintain accurate records Communicate with clients regarding appointments, prescriptions, and general questions Support veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks Help maintain a clean, welcoming reception area Open to providing a helping hand in the back with animal restraint if needed.
