The job responsibilities includes but not limited: answering the phone calls, making appointment for the patients, help pre-tesing patients and pulling/ verifying patients insurances. The person must be very responsible and reliable, no previous experience is OK, we will train you if you are the right person. If you have previous optical office experience that would be great. Mandarin speaker is A MUST. Optometrist office is a busy place, we do require every staff to be able to Muti-tasking. What we are looking for is a hard working person and a quick learner as well. The working hours from 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm. Our office maintains a friendly and professional working environment.
