This is a unique dual role that blends warm, hospitality-driven client service with the exciting world of wellness content creation. You will be the first impression our clients experience when they walk through the door and the voice of our brand online. Core Responsibilities Front Desk and Client Experience:
You will serve as the warm, welcoming face of our med spa from the moment a client walks in or calls. Your responsibilities include greeting and checking in clients, managing appointment bookings and scheduling, answering phone and online inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring the lobby and reception area are always clean, organized, and reflective of our brand's luxury standard. You will also play an active role in presenting and selling memberships, packages, and add-on services to clients in a genuine, non-pushy way that drives commission earnings.
Social Media Content Creation and Management:
On the digital side, you will own our TikTok and Instagram presence. This includes filming and editing short-form video content (Reels and TikToks), capturing behind-the-scenes moments, showcasing treatments, and building an authentic, engaging brand aesthetic. You will plan and schedule posts consistently, respond to comments and DMs in a timely and on-brand manner, and help grow our follower base and online community. A strong understanding of current trends, audio, and visual storytelling on both platforms is essential. Candidate Requirements Customer Service | Prior experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, spa, or medical office preferred) | Social Media Savvy | Demonstrated hands-on experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram (please be prepared to share examples or a portfolio) | Tech Comfort | Comfortable learning booking and scheduling software; prior experience with Vagaro, Mindbody, or similar platforms is a plus | Communication Skills | Professional, friendly, and clear communicator — both in person and in writing | Multitasking | Ability to manage a busy front desk while staying on top of social media responsibilities | Aesthetic Eye | A natural sense of style, visual composition, and on-trend content creation | Reliability | Punctual, dependable, and takes ownership of their responsibilities |
