Job Description
We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our office. This role plays a critical part in creating a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring front office operations run smoothly. The Front Desk Coordinator will manage scheduling, handle incoming communications, and assist with administrative tasks to support the team.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and keeping operations organized.
RESPONSIBILITIESGreet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and emailsSchedule appointments and manage calendarsMaintain front office organization and cleanlinessAssist with check-in/check-out processes as applicableHandle basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entryCoordinate mail, deliveries, and office suppliesSupport team members with administrative needs as they arisePerform other duties as assigned
