As the receptionist/concierge for our busy dental office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of patients throughout their office visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. We will train on job as we go. Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive at the office Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services gathering insurance information/checking eligibility Other responsibilities Qualifications One or more years of customer service experience is preferred Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers and scheduling software(Care Stack) Excellent multi-tasking skills
