Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist/ Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set encompassing medical reception, project coordination, customer support, office management, and administrative tasks. Some of the job responsibilities include: ✔ Answering the phone. ✔ Setting up client-clinician phone meetings. ✔ Calling clients to schedule, reschedule. ✔ Responding to emails and voice messages. ✔ Filing, faxing, scanning paperwork. ✔ Ordering supplies. ✔ Office cleaning & laundry. ✔ Taking minutes at staff meetings. ✔ Fostering a safe and welcoming environment for our clients.
Required Qualifications:
✔ Must have experience in medical office setting. ✔ Excellent interpersonal/ verbal, written communication skills ✔ Must have experience with MS Office Suite. ✔ Must have experience with Google Drive ✔ Experience with digital and non-digital systems.
