We prefer someone who has experience in the healthcare environment, and radiology experience is a plus. However, we are willing to train the begingners. Your responsibilities are verifying insurance eligibility based on the patient's plan, obtaining authorizations, scheduling Radiology procedures, front desk check-in, and receptionist duties. Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, fax, prepare patients' medical records/reports, and scan patients' files into the computers.
