Salon Receptionist

Salon Coordinator/Receptionist High end salon with heavy volume clientèle. We are looking for a motivated, up-beat individual to help with day-to-day operations. Applicant must be comfortable with computers, as the salon uses a web-based scheduling system. A basic understanding of hair services and hair products is a plus, as client phone calls often include questions. Friendly and warm welcoming for customer service is a must, because you will be the face of the salon and in charge of setting the mood for our guests' overall experience. We are looking for a qualified candidate who feels comfortable answering multiple lines and delivering awesome customer service. Other duties include light cleaning, handling POS system, and being an overall team player.
