Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and office management experience will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting overall office efficiency. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately Answer incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Manage appointment scheduling, calendar updates, and coordinate meetings using Office management tools Handle data entry tasks including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records Support office management by organizing supplies, managing correspondence, and overseeing filing systems Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently via phone or email Utilize computer skills across platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks Skills Strong proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Proven office experience with clerical and administrative responsibilities such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Knowledge of office management practices combined with organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Experience in customer service roles with a focus on support and communication excellence Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is beneficial Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy providing outstanding support.
