Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Clerical professional to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will support daily operations, streamline administrative tasks, and enhance overall office efficiency. This paid entry level position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills within a collaborative setting. Duties Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and manage front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, providing excellent customer support and accurate message taking Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate record keeping with attention to detail and proofreading skills Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, organization of documents, and basic bookkeeping using excel or similar software Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, both in person and via phone or email Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Spanish speaking abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy; experience with proofreading is a plus Knowledge of office management procedures, filing systems, and basic excel data entry. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques; previous personal assistant or reception experience is advantageous Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
