The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to provide excellent customer service, as you will be the first point of contact for our customers and the face of our company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously Greet and assist customers visiting the office Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up Provide customers with vehicle repair status updates Perform accurate data entry in the CCC One software system Support office staff and management as needed Perform general office and administrative duties Handle confidential administrative functions Assist with light accounting duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintain organized records and office workflow Assist with additional office responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail Knowledge of CCC One software preferred Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Minimum of 3 years of receptionist experience Automotive/collision repair shop experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Proficient in Dropbox, Microsoft Word, and Excel Must be punctual, dependable, and professional Thank you for taking the time to apply with SCR Collision.
