You will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Have positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism will help create a warm and efficient environment for clients, and team members alike. Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously Manage appointment scheduling and calendar Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and escalating issues as needed Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all front desk equipment is functioning properly Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and supporting administrative projects Qualifications Proven office experience or clerical experience with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic data entry skills Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client needs Experience with front desk operations, medical or dental receptionist duties, or personal assistant roles is advantageous Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing systems, calendar management, and proofreading Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets enthusiasm!
