Job Description Hourly pay + tips Reports to: Store Manager Part time•
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Function:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing day-to-day operations. This person must have the ability to effectively manage, communicate with and influence personnel and customers at the store level. Non-exempt position.Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Surpass Customer Service Expectations
- Greet all clients in person and on the phone
- Manage the client sign in process and POS
- Manage daily break schedule
- Perform cleaning duties
- Assures that Bishops standards and customer satisfaction are met
- Communicates information within the Bishops system
- Responsible for receiving products Required knowledge and experience:
- Customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Operational expertise in all facets of the barbershop or salon business or directly relevant field and ability to implement in the Bishops business model
Deliverable Performance Expectations:
- Customer Service
- Opening and Closing register balance
- Documents all communications and all commitments
- Creatively solves problems and seeks appropriate and effective solutions
- Cash handling skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- One year of operations experience
- Has worked in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience
- High energy, proven ability to work with a broad diversity of people and work groups
- Self-starter with high standards of personal performance and integrity
