Job Description

Are you an experienced office administrator with a knack for delivering top-notch customer service? Do you excel in invoicing, problem-solving, and handling customer communications? If so, we want you on our team!

$18•20 per hour, Plus commission on inbound sales
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8 AM•5
PM Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service Invoice customers accurately and promptly Solve problems efficiently Communicate effectively on the phone with customers and prospective customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role Strong customer service skills Experience with invoicing and problem-solving Excellent phone communication skills Availability from Monday to Friday, 8 AM•5
PM Preferred Experience:
