Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a leading cosmetic surgery practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and must deliver exceptional customer service .
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Assist with administrative tasks, including patient forms and payments Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred - experience in a medical or cosmetic surgery office is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with office software and scheduling systems Professional appearance and demeanor We look forward to welcoming a new team member who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients feel confident and cared for.
