Role:
The Receptionist at Community Care Center in Torr serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role is pivotal in managing multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls appropriately, and providing accurate information. The Receptionist supports general administrative functions, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. By performing general office duties and operating equipment such as copy machines, the Receptionist contributes to the smooth daily operations of the center. Ultimately, this position enhances client experience and supports the overall effectiveness of the Community Care Center through excellent communication and organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience handling multi-line phone systems and receptionist duties. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Basic proficiency with office equipment including copy machines. Ability to perform general administrative and office duties reliably.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare or community service environment. Familiarity with scheduling software and office management systems. Additional training or certification in office administration. Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse client base. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Answer and manage multiple phone lines with professionalism and proper phone etiquette. Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments. Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Operate office equipment such as copy machines and multi-phone systems efficiently. Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records to support office workflow.
