Front Desk Associate

OVERVIEW

The Front Desk Associate undertakes all receptionist and clerical duties relevant to the services offered by our company. They act as the "face" of the company for all customers and clients and are responsible for the first impression we make. Some of their duties include providing support to customers, clients, managers, and general employees with sales-related questions, general concerns, and daily office and operational needs. We're looking for specifically available on weekends! Golf experience or prior work in a golf environment preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep the lobby tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, retail, etc.) Greet and welcome guests, take them to their bay/private room and set them up on the kiosk Go through how the simulator works, teach new guests how to use the machine Answer all questions and address complaints Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages Manage all bay reservations made through the MindBody software Perform cash or credit sales of all golf equipment and other retail items Manage memberships for new members & terminations

QUALIFICATIONS

Flexible schedule, available weekends (mornings & nights) Previous or proven experience at a sports facility Familiarity or knowledge of office management systems and procedures Strong communication and people skills Friendly, positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Customer-service orientation Experienced in Golf Industries preferred High school diploma or
