Job Description

Our company is searching for an energetic and reliable part-time Office Assistant/Receptionist to work with different supervisors (Packing Shed Supervisors, Human Resources, and Business Managing Partners) to help process day-to-day tasks. The Office Assistant/Receptionist will mainly be responsible for answering the phones, attending the employee window, attending the front office counter, and assisting office staff and various tasks. Responsibilities:
Answer phones, reroute calls to appropriate people, and distribute messages to the appropriate personnel when required Greet visitors and employees Checking in guest/visitors and notifying staff of their arrival Managing the reception area to keep it clean and organized Responding to emails or voicemails as directed Restocking supplies Assist in filing Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and computers Perform data entry. Assist different management when called upon. Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings Other assigned duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
MS Word and MS Excel preferred Basic math and grammar Flexible, punctual and dependable Friendly, good communication and organization skills Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Pay:
From $16.90 per hour
