Lomita, CA Job Details Full-time $17 - $19 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Organizational skills Clerical experience Time management Office experience Full Job Description We are looking for a responsible Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for an HOA Property Management office. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers, staff, and clients and assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have office administrative experience, excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. If you have previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and customers Answer and direct phone calls Take messages Open mail Receive and handle in-house payments Organize and schedule appointments Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Maintain contact lists Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from clientele Skills Excellence in customer service Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or receptionist Knowledge of office procedures Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task High School degree, GED or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
