Job Description

Our collaborative team is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals while providing a seamless experience from their first visit to their final results. As the first point of contact for our patients, our Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in creating the warm, professional atmosphere that sets Wunderbar MedSpa apart.
Work Schedule:
This is a fulltime position requiring 40 hours/week . The role is onsite working Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM with an alternating Saturday per month. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients, creating a positive and professional first impression. Answer phones, manage voicemail, schedule appointments, and route calls appropriately. Collect, update, and maintain accurate patient information and records. Escort patients throughout their visit and support a smooth patient flow. Prepare, stock, sanitize, and turn over treatment and exam rooms between appointments. Assist providers and nurses with clinical support tasks and daily operational needs. Apply topical numbing agents and perform VISIA skin analyses according to established protocols. Educate patients on treatments, services, and financial expectations, including Good Faith Estimates (GFEs). Process patient check-outs, collect payments, and complete related administrative tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing role. Experience managing phone systems and scheduling. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills. Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, and skincare products is a plus.
Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from $ 25-$28/hr, depending on experience, with additional performance-based incentives and benefits.
