What you'll do: Welcome clients and pets and keep the lobby calm and friendly Schedule appointments and keep the day running smoothly Answer phones with patience and clarity, from routine questions to worried callers Maintain accurate patient records Process payments and handle billing questions with care Pitch in behind the scenes — light animal handling and supporting the medical team You'll thrive here if you: Take real pride in going above and beyond Stay calm and kind under pressure Communicate clearly and warmly, in person and on the phone Are dependable, detail-oriented, and a true team player Love dogs and cats — and the people who love them Nice to have (but not required): Veterinary or clinic experience, familiarity with vet terminology, or comfortable animal handling.
