Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:

Greet and Assist Visitors Welcome students, parents, and visitors. Provide information about the center's facilities and services. Manage Communication Answer phone calls and emails. Handle inquiries about programs, schedules, and policies. Check-In and Check-Out Procedures Oversee student attendance and maintain accurate records. Maintain Front Desk Area Keep the area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials. Customer Service Address concerns and provide information about the center's offerings. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Administrative Support Assist with data entry, scheduling, and maintaining student records. Prepare and distribute educational materials. Handle Payments and Registrations Process tuition payments and registration fees. Assist with enrollment procedures. Requirements Responsibility and Reliability Must be very responsible, reliable, and punctual. Able to multi-task and follow directions. Personal Attributes Energetic, nurturing, and caring individual. Enjoys working with children ages 4 to 14 years. Work Eligibility Eligible to work in the U.S. Educational Background High school graduation required. College degree preferred. Work Schedule Part-time during the center's hours of operation: 2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Long-term commitment desirable, minimum of 6 months. Language and Location Preferences Native speaker preferred. Local candidates preferred.
