Job Description

Job Summary Front Desk Receptionist (Pet Grooming Salon) We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our pet grooming salon team. This role is perfect for someone who loves animals, enjoys working with people, and thrives in an upbeat environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets with a warm, welcoming attitude Answer phone calls, texts, and emails in a professional manner Schedule and manage grooming appointments Check pets in and out of the salon Process payments and handle basic cash register duties Assist with client questions, updates, and service recommendations Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized Support groomers and team members as needed
Qualifications:
Friendly, positive, and professional communication skills Strong organization and multitasking abilities Comfortable working around dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred (not required) Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge Reliable and punctual
