As a family-owned company, we pride ourselves in providing world-class customer service and long-lasting first impressions. First impressions are always important and our Receptionist is the first face and voice when you enter or call our company. We are looking for someone to offer that great first impression and who has strong multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities include:
Provide customer service and answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner Screen employees & guests as they enter the building Maintain office files Scanning, faxing, emailing Handle incoming & Outgoing mail/packages, as well as going to post office Data entry Assist in office purchases and restocking office supplies Ad-hoc projects as needed Qualifications Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish ( required ) Professional attitude and appearance Strong communication and customer service skills Must be personable, reliable, organized and able to multitask Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 50 WPM Valid driver's license Able to lift 30 Lbs. Schedule Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
