In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a professional environment that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and proactive support.
Shift Hours:
8:00am-5:00pm Monday through
Fridays Pay Rate:
$18.00+ D.O.E Duties Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately to ensure a positive experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading. Support office management tasks Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and responsiveness. Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and maintaining office cleanliness and organization. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Prior clerical experience with familiarity in filing systems, proofreading documents, and handling confidential information. Strong customer service orientation with exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Experience with multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools is preferred.

From $18.00 per hour
