Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and personable Front Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This vital role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk operation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-organized office environment while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel efficiently. Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and assist with basic administrative tasks. Utilize office software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools to support daily operations. Experienced working with EMR systems for documentation purposes Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and manage incoming mail and deliveries. Communicating with Spanish speaking patients Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Assist in office management tasks to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across departments.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or HR degree 1-2 years of experience working within a healthcare setting Internal Medicine experience preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential. Bilingual Spanish is required for this role Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under time constraints. Strong interpersonal skills combined with a professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
