Job Description

We are hiring a Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper sign-in procedures and issue badges as needed.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to appropriate departments (production, warehouse, admin).
  • Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and incoming mail with warehouse or receiving teams.
  • Support scheduling of meetings, conference rooms, and interviews.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure the reception and front office areas are clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment.
