The ideal candidate must have previous dental front desk experience and be fluent in both Spanish and English. This role requires excellent customer service, communication, and administrative skills to ensure an outstanding patient experience and efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in both Spanish and English. Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients. Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records. Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate treatment schedules and assist with patient follow-up. Manage recall systems and patient communications. Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform general administrative and front office duties as needed. Qualifications Previous dental front desk experience is required. Must be bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, treatment planning, and scheduling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Dependable, punctual, and patient-focused. Experience with dental practice management software is preferred. Additional Requirements Professional references are required and will be verified.
