Receptionist

Your next opportunity awaits at Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. We are seeking a guest experience-oriented individual to join the First Impressions team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Greet showroom guests, determine nature of visit and direct customers to the correct department and make introductions as needed. Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments. Ensure showroom areas are clean and presentable at all times. Provide data entry, clerical and administrative support to the sales department as needed. Assist the dealership in maintaining appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by assuming ownership of the each visitor's experience and leaving a positive impression with the guest. Qualifications Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay :
