OSN is a high volume, low-cost spay and neuter veterinary facility, with wellness appointments and a walk-in vaccine clinic that serves the Inland Empire and beyond helping financially challenged clients provide excellent care for their pets. OSN is open 5 days a week currently, Tuesday - Sundays , shifts range from 7 am to 5:30pm and a weekend shift is a must. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required. We are seeking a part or full time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team! Duties include answering phones for a high call volume, checking in surgery patients and doctor appointments, handling payments, filling prescriptions, administering vaccines. A minimum experience of one to two years working as a Client Service Representative and proficiency with computers and comfortable collecting payments and handling monies. We are looking for applicants with a pleasant and cheerful demeanor, patience, good work ethic and a focus on teamwork. Must be able to take direction for other team members and be willing to learn new skills Our mission is to make sure that everyone has access to low cost spay and neuter and quality, yet affordable, veterinary care.
