Job Description

Candidate must be able to roll up his/her sleeves and hit the ground running. Must have good phone skill and be able to type. Must be Bilingual. Read and write Spanish/English. Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in customer service. Must have Computer/Internet knowledge The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, self-motivated and able to complete assignments with little supervision. Must be a true professional, well organized and prepared for multitasking with a consistent workload.
