This energetic role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and staff while ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills. As the first point of contact, you will manage front desk duties with enthusiasm and professionalism, supporting office management and administrative functions to keep our workplace running efficiently. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and professionally. Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, promoting sales maintaining sign in sheets, and handling incoming order deliveries. Utilize office management software Microsoft Office to perform data entry, filing, and record keeping. Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing calendars using Google Workspace tools. Assist with basic sales tranactions tasks including invoicing and when necessary. Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized efficiently. Provide custom scheduling for vip clients to accommodate diverse clients or staff when needed. Experience Previous office or clerical experience is highly preferred, especially in customer service or front desk roles. Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Experience managing multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette. Familiarity with office management software such as or similar accounting such as balance sheets. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are desirable to enhance communication but not necessary Prior experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required.
