Front Desk Administrative Assistant
The Frontdesk Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and incoming calls at LERETA.
This role keeps the front desk and reception area running smoothly while providing broad administrative support to the HR department.
Reception & Front Desk
Serves as the primary point of contact for all incoming telephone calls - answers with courtesy, routes promptly and accurately
Re-routes voicemail messages left on the main line after hours to the intended parties
Greets and manages all visitors, including temporary employees, contractors, and guests
Maintains a professional, clean, and welcoming reception area at all times
Remains alert to urgent or undelivered messages and escalates appropriately
Sorts, mails, and distributes interoffice correspondence
Maintains and updates informational monitors throughout the office
Administrative Support
Provides general administrative support to the HR team and senior staff
Creates ad hoc reports as requested
Completes employment verification requests
Prepares separation, workers' compensation, and leave of absence paperwork as directed
Prepares responses to legal requests for employee documents
Assists in planning and organizing company events, employee parties, and Town Hall meetings
Administers employee programs such as recognition, wellness, and others as assigned Core Competencies
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional presence and polished communication - written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, people-facing environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR or office management setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Working knowledge of state and federal HR laws and policies

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
