Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time veterinary receptionist. This position seeks applicants who genuinely care for people and the well-being of their pets. With a natural sense of being helpful. Moreover, a veterinary receptionist must be able to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers and have a natural attention to detail. We are looking for a person that is a fluent Spanish speaker for this specific position . Proper training will be provided so that the applicant can succeed in our hospital setting. REQUIREMENTS
Excellent Customer Service with at least 1 year of Veterinary Hospital receptionist experience. Basic understanding of computers and the ability to type. Bilingual (English & Spanish)
PREFERRED
Cornerstone experience is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION
(includes but is not limited to): Answering telephone calls, emails, and in-person questions. Assisting the doctors and technicians in educating clients on optimal pet health care. Scheduling appointments and collecting payment for services. Basic cleaning and maintenance of the front desk/lobby (sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.)
