Summary of Position:
This position is for a Legal Receptionist with opportunity to grow and learn.
Duties will include:
- Welcoming and greeting clients
- Answering multi-line telephones
- Making appointments and calendaring
- Calendaring critical deadlines
- File creation and management
- Billing
- Data Entry
- Assisting the attorneys and staff
- Meeting with clients
- Working with real property documents The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication, computer, telephone skills, and the ability to interact positively with clients and staff.
The ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail is required; as well as, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, and, if applicable, Essential Forms. The ideal candidate must be responsible, dependable, organized, and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience:
Minimum of 1-year experience as a receptionist/office manager is required. Minimum of 1 year of law office experience is highly preferred. Experience with CLIO is highly preferred. Experience in estate planning, probate law, trust administration, and/or conservatorship law is a plus, but not required. Experience in civil litigation is a plus, but not required. Education High school degree is required. Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred. Basic Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States. Valid driver's license and good driving record are required.

Training Opportunities Start Date and Training:
The position is currently filled but will be vacated on July 17, 2026. Anticipated starting date will be June 16, 2026 in order to provide for four weeks of training.
