Job Description

Robert Half is working with a premier luxury automotive dealership specializing in high-end performance vehicles, is seeking a =+ years of experience and detail oriented Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and business partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while maintaining a welcoming and organized front office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a detail oriented presence, and the ability to multitask effectively while supporting daily dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors with a high level of professionalism and hospitality Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and showroom area Coordinate guest check-ins and notify appropriate team members of arrivals Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars as needed Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Provide administrative support to sales, service, and management teams Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information Support special events, client experiences, and dealership hospitality initiatives Perform general clerical and data entry tasks as assigned
