As the first point of contact, our CSRs play a vital role in creating a positive experience for both pets and their people. From greeting clients with genuine compassion to keeping our appointment schedule running smoothly, you'll be a key part of making sure every visit feels seamless and stress-free.

What You'll Do:

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for exceptional care. Manage the flow of appointments and a multi-line phone system with ease. Support clients by answering questions, handling financial transactions, and sharing helpful information about our services. Be a trusted liaison between clients and our veterinary team.
