  • Welcome all students, families, staff, and visitors to campus.
  • Ensure accurate, timely responses to communication requests
  • Maintain organized visitor, attendance, health, and parent service hour records using FACTS, Google Suite, and VisitU
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families regarding school information
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Provide general administrative support as needed Skills
  • Able to operate a variety of office equipment, including photocopier and personal computer.
  • Able to type approx. 40 w.p.m. and be comfortable with current PC operating systems; possess an intermediate knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, specifically Google Suite.
  • Able to work with and maintain confidential information.

Job Summary Job Summary The Administrative Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors, helping create a welcoming and organized school environment throughout the day. This role supports daily front office operations, manages communications, and works collaboratively with administrative staff to ensure smooth school operations. Position reports to the Principal.
Education:
minimum
High School Diploma/GED Experience:
Two to three years in an office or school setting preferred. Familiarity with student information and software systems including FACTS and Google Suite preferred.
