This position requires strong communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Warmly greet guests in person and by phone Schedule, modify, and manage appointments accurately Communicate and uphold our 24-hour cancellation policy Assist guests with memberships, gift cards, retail products, and spa tours Promote spa services and support guest engagement Process transactions and maintain accurate workstation control Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby Resolve guest concerns professionally and communicate issues to management Compensation Competitive hourly pay Additional income available through membership commission Qualifications Previous customer service experience required; spa/salon experience preferred Strong phone, communication, and computer skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma required If you are committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of professionalism, we welcome your application.
