Job Description

Shifts and Days will vary to include weekends/holidays A well-established, large senior living community is seeking a Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors. This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing a multi-line phone system, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values professionalism, empathy, and reliability. The Front Desk Associate plays a critical role in creating a warm, organized, and safe environment while supporting daily administrative and hospitality operations within the community. Key Responsibilities Greet all guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Respond to inquiries and requests promptly, confidentially, and with empathy Log, track, and coordinate incoming packages and deliveries Support communication and collaboration across departments Monitor community access, ensure proper visitor sign-in procedures, and respond appropriately to emergency situations Enter maintenance requests accurately into an electronic work order system Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area Qualifications & Skills High School diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, or administrative support preferred Proven experience handling a multi-line phone system with professional phone etiquette Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) or similar office software Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and critical thinking Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, physically active environment Consistent and reliable attendance is essential Please note that the above Responsibilities and Qualifications provide a general overview of the primary duties for this role and the basic qualifications.
